Thank you for supporting the Inscribe a Plaque initiative here at Aylesbury Grammar School.  We are delighted that you are able to leave a lasting legacy for your child, whilst also supporting AGS for future generations.

Please ensure all orders are placed and paid for to secure your order.  Orders will be placed termly.

To order a plaque please:

1. Click the button below stating "Click here to make payment".  Then click to "Continue as guest"
2. Enter amount as £250.  Then enter address (you can not remain anonymous or skip this step)
3. Please tick to allow us to claim Gift Aid if you are able (you must be a UK Tax payer)
4. Enter your name and email.  Then enter what you would like written on your plaque. Examples include but not limited to: Student Name (House 20**-20**), or The Smith Family.  Please ensure you are happy with spellings, as this will be used to send to the printers.  You have about 32 characters.
5. Select payment option and make payment.

We will then email you with a photo of your plaque in situ, in the coming months.
