We were delighted to welcome back Daniel Fazakerley (Denson '02) to MedSoc, where he shared his journey into medical research. He spoke about different pathways into the field, the challenges and rewards of discovery, and even broke down key metabolic mechanisms like insulin regulation. Hearing about the experiments his PhD students are working on was especially fascinating!
