We were delighted to hear of a wonderful Old Aylesburian reunion that took place recently at the ARFC Chairman’s Lunch - and even more pleased to see such a fantastic photo capturing the occasion.
The gathering brought together alumni from across different houses and year groups, reflecting the enduring friendships and shared memories that connect Old Aylesburians long after their school days. Reuniting on this occasion were Julian Webb (Hampden ’79), Richard Gommo (Hampden ’82), Jon Williams (Lee ’79), Richard Belger (Hampden ’78), Ian Woodlock (Denson ’81), and Nick Reed (Hampden ’80), alongside Paul Rogers (Ridley ’78) and Phil Coles (Denson ’79).
Events like this are a reminder of the strength of the AGS alumni community and the lasting bonds formed during time at the School. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces together again, sharing stories and celebrating their connection to Aylesbury Grammar School.
If you have recently reunited with fellow Old Aylesburians or have photos and stories to share, we would love to hear from you. Let us know at development@ags.bucks.sch.uk
