A huge thank you to CRY UK for another hugely successful day of cardiac screenings.
We are delighted that another 100 students were screened as part of our annual programme, bringing our total to date to 400. We are incredibly proud to support this hugely important initiative.
Every week in the UK 12 young people die from undiagnosed heart conditions, Cardiac Risk in the Young works to reduce this number through screening and research whilst offering support to those affected by young sudden cardiac death.
We look forward to welcoming them back in the Spring term next year to continue this vital initiative and screen even more students.
