On 11 November, the Aylesbury Grammar School community came together for a poignant moment of reflection to honour all Aylesburians who gave their lives in service. As the names of the fallen were read, students, staff, and guests paused in gratitude for their courage and sacrifice.
The ceremony was made especially moving by performances from our school trumpeters, whose music added a powerful sense of solemnity to the occasion. We were also honoured to welcome Old Aylesburian Wing Commander Lee Cobley (Hampden ’76), who joined us in marking this important day of remembrance.
Lest we forget.
