The construction of the Tower Block and Gymnasium in 1963.

In 1963, the builders were back on site in earnest, providing the school with a new gym (now called the old gym of course) and the Tower Block, current home to Modern Foreign Languages, Classics (Latin, Ancient History, and Greek) and Religious Studies.
